and achieve all of their dreams
which beat from their heart?

I believe it must be
all of these things and more
for that is what I have found
from having a friend like you.

Friendship
is a strong word
it can survive nearly most anything.

The strength of a friend
is enough
to keep you floating
when everything around you seems to be
sinking and sinking

It has the strength of a
muscle man
who can pick up anything or anyone,
even if they have fallen low to the ground

Friendship can help you
overcome anything
it can make you bounce and glide
over any obstacles that may be blocking your way

The strength of friendship is enough
to keep you going
like eating your vegetables and taking vitamins
every single day.

And with time and love,
every strong friendship
only grows much stronger.

What more is there to say?

A Wonderful Day

A wonderful day starts
with me and you together
we eat our breakfast
you like the cereal and I go for the
granola.

And then we talk about the things we’d like to do
all day together with each other
and then we go and do them
until we are so happy and exhausted
all we can do is say
let’s go to bed and collapse
into each other’s arms.

This is a perfect day, and all I can think of
to keep me hanging on until you will come back.
Until then, I’ll miss you.

Miss You Already

I miss you already.
It’s been specifically fifteen minutes and thirty three seconds since you’ve left.
Thirty four seconds.
Thirty five seconds.

Oh why I am counting
It won’t bring you back any sooner

I don’t know what to do
I’m going to go crazy.
I can’t think of anything else
I can’t do anything else
except think about
how long it’s been
and how long I’ve got to wait.

Let me tell you something,
it’s a long time to wait when I’m away from you.
I hope you don’t miss me as much as I miss you.
I wouldn’t want you to go through this feeling I have
this sensation of your head being numb
and your toes on fire and your body unable to move
like you’re half paralyzed in a stimulated environment
where half the world is depending on you to do something
and you can’t escape this feeling like a cat stuck in your chest

Yeah, I hope you don’t miss me that much.
